Certain products such as personal care items, feeding accessories, or hygiene-related items are non-returnable for safety reasons.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method (or through bank transfer/Wallet if applicable).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
